I think it is supposed to increase to every 10 minutes too when the last two stations open providing a connection to the Metro, currently the terminus is on the very edge of the city. Seems like a great project!

I don’t see a timetable, so it’s not clear if it runs every 15 minutes all day, or just at peak periods like Caltrain. But either way, good stuff, viva Mexico

I think it's 15 minutes all day. Originally it was supposed to be even more frequent, and maybe once it reaches a connection with the Metro it will be.

El Insurgente is just a bit longer (35.9 mi) than Seattle's current 1 line of the Link Light Rail (33 mi). And they plan on extending all the way to Everett Station, so it should be that long soonish.

I will give it up to Mexico for getting farther. That is awesome.

This project is years late and way over budget, but I’m very glad it’s being completed. There is general consensus in MX that public transport is an absolute necessity.

No, they're right, the GOP is anti rail literally in their foundation statements. Which is why CA is working on HSR and they continue to try to tear it down. It's ok to tell folks one party is working on this actively and has it under construction, and hold the party against it accountable.
