Actually it is working quite well for me. Medicare won't pay for my autoimmune immune disease treatment but my private insurance, that I also pay for, is covering it 100%. It costs 20 thousand dollars a treatment every two weeks.
Maybe you should get sick enough to use it before you criticize it.
