Instead of transferring federally-created emissions credit fees from automakers who sell gasoline cars to other automakers who make EVs, these fees should be paid to states for public and active transit. 🔌💡

All the car makers got bail out during the recession as did all the airlines.
The other car dealers had access to the same credit trading program and still can’t make a profit
I dislike Elon Musk intensly but still.
