These types of disruption robs these students of the chance to learn & grow & create new knowledge that will change the world. This will affect local businesses who have less demand for their supplies, food, music, & services. This doesn't save anything. It costs them money & it costs you money.

Ouch. Question for you: it's clear a bunch of NIH funding is cut off because they can't or won't publish meeting notices in FR. Publication in FR is done by the National Archives, which Trump took over. I wonder if anyone is looking at this.
