I just watched the first episode of an Invincible S3. Cecil’s comments about restitution and rehabilitation were on point. I acknowledge that he is using this language about people he wants to use, but the statement isn’t wrong. I’m with Cecil. Mark showed me in this episode he’s a rigid hothead.
