I don’t buy those ones. It’s just everyone, Canadian or American, probably knows what eggs cost at Walmart. I have for years been getting eggs from a small family company located about 2 hours from here. best eggs ever. About $2 more than Walmart but totally worth it. - ThreadSky

Funny thing is, I don't eat eggs at all (unless in some recipe). It's a texture thing. But the phenomenon reminds me of the time not so long ago, when Italians had a pasta shortage, and violence was not far away. (I'm not a fan of pasta either, also for the texture)

I don’t eat eggs often either. maybe once a fortnight. It’s not texture for me, but I need toast when I eat them. My texture triggers are peanut butter and cream cheese. Loved them in baked goods, hate them as spreads.

Very interesting. In my case the crunch and absorbency of toast would help a lot. Also of note, my daughter has similar sensory / texture issues (although different foods), but no such problems with my wife or sons.

So weird! I think for me I hate stuff sticking to the roof of my mouth. That’s not a perfect description, but it’s the best I’ve come up with yet.

Yes, something about that possibility for me too. There's a pastiness thing that can almost trigger a gag reflex. Similar to when they shove those molds in your mouth at the dentist.

Yes! I want to take a spoon and scrape that stuff out of my mouth. Pastiness is an excellent word.
