According to the Satipatthana Sutta, one must contemplate a corpse and one’s own body, understanding that they share the same nature. As I grow older, this is becoming easier.

Another fun fact is that after 40 your dying cells begin to outnumber the living. By current standards you start dying less than midway through life (around 71 for most of the world). So maybe Buddhism isn’t as wrong as I think.
