Kent State University (United States, 1970)

On May 4, 1970, during a protest against the Vietnam War at Kent State University, Ohio National Guard troops fired into a crowd of demonstrators.

Four students were killed: Jeffrey Miller, Allison Krause, William Schroeder, and Sandra Scheuer.
