I am such a firm believer that it is healthy to be uncomfortable- you do not have to understand or even like someone else's kink
But your discomfort does NOT dictate someone else's morality!! Unless they are hurting other people nonconsensually then like! Oh well! Leave them be!!!

I would repost this a million times if I could without clogging my own feed. Sick & tired of the argument that kink expression & themes in a fictional setting are a dog whistle. I grew up around actual predators, all of em were antikink & were vanilla as possible. Kink means nothing to morality.

This EXACTLY!! As people we're supposed to be able to play around with various things and also understand that there's nuance there. If fiction was supposed to be taken seriously then every slash horror novelist would be jailed lol. It just feels like "Gorey video game make you evil" all over again

Honestly, same. Locked down my main on Twitter & barely get on it anymore bc it's just... It's too much to see all those takes & the blacklists never end 😫 now I can really cultivate my space accordingly. It's been refreshing
