When making alt text for your image post, please don't use it for hashtags. That's not what it's for.
It's there to help people who have vision impairments understand what's being shown. The hashtags in the Alt text aren't going to show when searched on here

Using the feature is a choice. No one is making anyone do it and it's for accessibility.
So like idk why this started to be a thing here
There are people who want to avoid being blocked/muted for not using alt text which like-
It just makes it harder for us who need alt text to trust we can access these things
I'm trying to be helpful by mentioning that doesn't help folks who need alt text
The posts didn't have any tags otherwise
Also you can't click the tags in the alt text so they shouldn't show up in those searches either (if you search the word you will)
