As game awards go, I thought this year's show was pretty good. Would have loved to see Balatro win, but Astro Bot is cool too. Borderlands 4 was the game there that I look forward to most. And lots of respect as always to Swen Vincke for continuing to try to be a positive influence. 👏 - ThreadSky

I'm so hyped for 4! I keep thinking about that shot of the grappling hook, and how in 3 we have to dump a ton of stuff out the air lock, including the "grapple grabber" amongst other stuff.

Honestly I'm so excited, I might replay the series again soon. All snipers this time. But with Moze.

I rolled my eyes seeing claptrap just won't fuck off, but fingers crossed the writing team for 3 got sacked and they've brought in some actually competent writers this time around, couldn't stand it in 3.

Maybe my bar for enjoyment is low lol, but I quite liked it! And I enjoyed Wonderlands as well, so I'm optimistic that I'll be fine with whatever BL4 does. :)

That's a fair point to make, unfortunately me I'm part of that category that really has a hard time with the amount of dialogue in that one, it felt non-stop and I couldn't get on board with it.

as far as I could tell Balatro has no microtransactions whilst basically all the other nominees were some form gambling machine

all in all okayish, sadly no MH Wilds demo announcement or similar but cannot say no to that Witcher 4 one
