honestly months often are not exactly 4 weeks! a lot are somewhere between 4-5 weeks and the time we count as “pregnancy” technically starts around two weeks BEFORE conception when you actually aren’t pregnant at all! so those factors & delivering early, it ends up being more around 9 months
