Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-N.Y.) wants to cut her constituents' Medicaid. She told reporters she was now leaning “yes” on the GOP budget having been convinced $880 billion can be cut from Medicaid purely by clamping down on waste and fraud. Yeah right
