I’m not a morning person.
I did go to the gym at 5 am. for some time, but didn’t work for me.
Even after showering I kept sweating and with a feeling of physical exhaustion.
So I went back to my evening gym routine. (1/2)
Funny thing, after the workout I was so relaxed that I couldn’t even remember where I had parked the car 🚗
And now my brain was back and I could do a bit more reading, writing, etc.
Different person, different stories 😸
