My wife, a vegetarian, has tried for 3 days to do Xmas food shopping in our local M&S and Waitrose. Both have almost completely sold out of their normal vegetarian/vegan lines.
How have both so dramatically underestimated the demand for vegetarian/vegan food for Christmas
Or do they just not care?
