The keyboard is mine, rest of it is standard company setup. We get two monitors and get to choose our peripherals but a 500$+ keyboard was too much to ask for so I just bring mine with me.

Included and we get to choose. We also have a budget of 200€ for non-standard gear, like I wanted a headrest for my herman miller chair so they got it for me from that budget.

is the mousepad also part of the default?
(idk the places I "worked" (still student) had no mousepads if I think about it)

I think haveing a good setup you are comfortable with is actually really important for coding / work...
like some days I just *feel* my keyboard and that are the best days
