Yes, Thurgood Marshall should have stayed on the court until he died (even if he was falling asleep during testimony), so we wouldn't have had Clarence Thomas & Clinton could have appointed next. RGB should have stepped down in Obama 1st term. Obama should have fought Moscow Mitch 4 Garland harder

Don't have to apologize, I agree. How many effin times did she think she would cheat cancer? Her, Obama for just rolling over and letting McConnell block his right to seat a SCOTUS judge, Mueller for copping out and not saying that Trump was compromised by Russia, and finally Merrick Garland.

I generally agree with the sentiment, but the dems had a scotus seat and let the GOP obstruct Garland for over a year. Then they let Trump install 3 justices. Even if she had retired when she should have instead of holding out for Hillary, we'd likely have had the same outcome.

I blame the DNC.
