I've been abusing the "same day delivery" costco offers recently. There's just no good time of the day/week to go to Costco and avoid insane amounts of people.
I know the best time to go but I fear if I tell you every one else will go at that time. Just kidding it 7:15-7:30pm Monday or Tuesday. The after work rush has died down and there’s no sample people causing traffic jams. The senior citizens are home sleeping.
