Yeah like the flight going into the Hudson is what comes to mind for me - no fatalities though! There was also that one in SF a decade or so ago… no fatalities I believe

I’m not sure how we are defining fatal crash here, but 3 people died on Asiana Air Flight 2014 in 2013 and 49 on Colgan Air Flight 3407 in 2009, both in the US.
