For folks looking to delete all of their tweets before the Nov 15 TOS change, I used this and it worked very well: https://github.com/lucahammer/tweetXer

It needs a copy of your twitter archive, which takes at least 24 hours to receive, so get that request in now if you're thinking about doing this.
