People over 40 please get you titers checked. It's a simple blood test for immunity. Then, if needed, the MMR.

Probably wont? Wa waa. Pessimist free zone. People are encouraged to check with their healthcare providers and do what's best. My insurance company suggested it. Cheaper for the blood test and vax than a hospital stay. #TheMoreYouKnow

I'm now thankful that I got an MMR shot in 2000 when I applied for my green card. I'm from Romania and my vaccination history there was spotty, and we had no records.
