However, special envoy Kellogg wrote a detailed plan in April 2024 that was fair, just, and logical. Russia didn't like that plan, so Trump, Musk, Vance, or Miller eliminated Kellogg.

Since Kellogg was sidelined in late January, the White House has been carrying water for the Kremlin.
