You're sadly mistaken. Propaganda works by fueling hate/violence & attacks, even on your own side. The antagonism the 34-felon propaganda spews doesn't just create a cult *for* him. It also creates an anti-democratic cult against him. That's what authoritarians do to destroy democracy.
