always potential for setbacks. then you get into the slippery slope of "my guy is recovering from an injury but set to return shortly after this transfer period. should i buy cover just in case" for a huge proportion of injuries
yes if you remove specific contexts and generalize much more broadly, then yes the situation definitely changes! hamstring injuries have one of the highest reinjury rates and widest ranges in recovery timelines.

the specific of Saka's case being super rough timelines from Arteta and reporters going back and forth on "sources say early March" "no late March" "no April"?
I haven't seen Arteta and credible reporters doing that, I have seen fans and ITKs doing that. But even the more sturdy ITKs have not been doing that lol
