I can't believe your Alt Text missed my favourite part! The vigilante cat not only tied the terrible small child to balloons and is laughing at her, the cat also stole her hat and is wearing it at a jaunty angle!
this illustration has always stuck with me. I enjoy looking at all the little parts of it. Including sticking their tongues out at each other, and their little shoes.
