The Greens should have held their ground and gotten a decent package. Albo whines that the Greens held it up but it was his refusal to negotiate or to offer something workable, and for renters. Hopefully more independents/greens and teals get in and Albo starts delivering packages that actually work

Renting is a state issue. I am well aware, however national cabinet is a thing for a reason and given “investors” are receiving federal handouts, there needs to be a national approach to a national problem. Housing probably should a federal issue.
