Hey @rbreich.bsky.social , I was just thinking that if insurance companies won’t insure homes in fire-prone areas, and mortgage lenders can’t provide home loans without insurance… that pretty much means that future homeowners and landlords will only be wealthy cash buyers who self-insure…?
