There a few respectable deep dive news organizations left as well. some are even growing. All need your support to keep providing the investigations we require for an effective democracy.
Let's start with the @nationalobserver.com. A tonne of superb news content.

A new one on the scene is the Investigative Journalism Foundation.
I think their work is going to be increasingly important as we lose investigative journalists at some of our traditional sources.

And finally, a special mention to the CBC. I often criticize their content (especially Alberta's pro-Fossil Fuel leanings) but I absolutely think their existence is essential to the Canadian landscape.
You already support them financially through your taxes, now support them electorally.
