I cannot deal with her awful takes and defending Trump at every turn. Quisling describes her perfectly. Meanwhile she seems to have abandoned everything in her jurisdiction.

Saw @timothysnyder.bsky.social in a Q&A last fall. He said (and I paraphrase) that the authoritarian types always acquiesce to bullies because that is the currency in which they trade and operate.
