I write about telecom professionally and even I can't understand why my Verizon wireless bill just creeps upward at $20 intervals every few months for no coherent reason
and if you call to ask, they can't tell you either

We aren't allowed to have nice things
the bill just grows as if by magic
Hell, it might be already but it's not like we have anyone to enforce laws that actually protect people from price-gouging.
Olds like me who use less than 5GB of data and really only use their phones for talk, text, pictures, and looking up locations while out and about should have better plans.
At least we get great reception in Arizona as well as home state of Minnesota.
*Price lock is cell plan (tax included), not my watches that got $2 increases each and I expect they will do a Verizon type “admin” fee BS.
Thinking about taking my cable box into a store and asking them to convince me in 5 min or less why I should keep it.
Make me a deal.
If you use the Dark Star system, you're using AT&T towers, which is best for our area. Definitely an improvement over Mint & Verizon here fwiw.
Six months later I'm quitting again.
Finally I told "SpeckDumb" to turn it all off.
Roku and internet?
Under80$
Our town has electric and water, and sewer, tied together.
It's not so bad as the cable company was though as far as jumping prices.
Garbage and natural gas are separate bills.
And in vA you pay taxes on the market value of your vehicles each year. A meal tax on top of sales tax for dining out. So many taxes here. I get pissed when I see articles saying VA has low income and property taxes.
I'm in a more rural area too, a town small enough deer wander the streets at night.
I'd hate to think of the gouging in Minneapolis these days, and the biggest suburbs.
