all due respect i think this is a bad idea? like you should absolutely explain to people why their framing of certain issues serves other people that aren't themself. but i mean, just telling people they are stupid is not gonna build the coalition we need to fight what's coming.

I'm becoming increasingly radical on "we need to crush decorum and grind it into a fine paste". Tell people they're fucking stupid and their ideas are bad. Don't just sit there and squirm, if you know someone is wrong and can say how and why, fucking say so.

i'm not going to agree that DEI is killing the US, but DEI is an incorrect answer to "why does my job suck so bad?" yelling at them that they are wrong will cause them to double down. and media reinforces it.
so yeah re-framing that is sorta something worth trying imo
if we stick with the DEI example, i think it is usually pretty easy to point out the inconsistencies/show folks the ways the anti-DEI argument serves their bosses first.
