I didn’t listen in last night but I can recollect James Geoghegan who was DCC mayor at the time waxing lyrical on Oscar Trainor being completed even though the phase 1 foundations were only being laid

He remained unchallenged on this on your program despite my posts and he then got elected as a TD.

Government intervention is needed to solve the housing affordability crisis. A lot more affordable housing can be built by renting state land to the new home owners (its called Cost Purchase Housing) and financing construction by a Citizens Property Investment Fund (like Livret ‘A’ in France).
