Will add to this that Tsuru has an ACTUAL PNG model for sale for USD10. It has all of the customisations from the Picrew, multiple hand options (holding different things), talking animations, and blinking eyes.

If you like the Picrew then I genuinely recommend supporting Tsuru by buying the model.

Here's a tip!

If you want the mouth to move you can make MULTIPLE "open mouth" ones and compile them into a gif! It helps add a lot more movement and expression to your png! I'dalso recommend doing a version with closed eyes to keep the same effect while blinking!
