I don't think anything real serious would happen. Any human rights violation 4-6 of the judges would strike it down.

I understand being worried but honestly I don't see anything negative in rights

Dude the federal Supreme Court is made up mostly of heritage foundation Republicans, they can and are willing to violate human rights.

They overturned roe v wade and declared the president can get away with anything as long as it's considered official president action.

That has been going on for decades. Also Row V Wade was irrelevant due to local laws. Yes others have laws that say they can't but that's States rights

Abortion bans have killed people so states rights doesn't count in that caee. Not like Republicans don't recognize states rights that they disagree with... oh wait
