while i personally find the current surge of NRx/reactionary modernism online today moronic, spiteful, & incurious, its power to develop mythic narratives that look towards a '*future* is more compelling to ppl than "we need to put the breaks on everything/we're all gonna die" doomerism.

While Fisher did have faults as a thinker, he realised that the negativitiy of "capitalist realism" & "Ghosts of my life" had to be overcome theough the creation of "futures" that had a libidinal affect on people, something that he was leaning into with his "postcapitalist desire" lectures

No, they don't. I think one of the reasons something like Xenofeminism is both so exciting yet so scary is that it embraces technologies while blowing a lot of essentialisms and binary diomorphisms apart. This runs counter to reactionary currents, especially in the left.
