I think it's been worked on for many years. Too many people in elected positions that won't vote no on one thing Trump doesn't want. Russia very heavily involved in election meddling in numerous elections. Musk aided Russia for years in war on Ukraine with SpaceX cutting off internet to soldiers

Hopefully, Musk's efforts will fail. My friends overseas have told me there is an increasing dislike and opposition of Trump and Musk. The scary part is how these two are emboldening far-right groups and autocrats.

I heard of these plans too. Those who aren’t in the cult won’t believe him. Those who are in the cult probably will. On the margin, hopefully there will be farmers and compassionate conservatives who realize these are real crops sitting and rotting rather than feeding and caring for the needy.
