I agree. Many of the folks who received this have outstanding performance reviews. I hope they all realize that their abilities and performance have nothing to do with this.

THIS infuriates me more than anything else. This administration doesn't even have the self respect to take the blame. THIS worries me for peoples emotional health. We are going to have an entire nation on suicide watch.
