Singapore used their OSA to jail public servants who leaked covid-related info. UK govt’s OSA covered lots of officials working on diverse aspects of the pandemic response, including PPE.

Presume anyone who signed OSA back then would still be bound by it?

Arguably, the PPE suppliers we need to hear from via the Inquiry are the ones which were ready to supply PPE but were turned away in favour of the ones in the VIP lane.

Presumably, as these didn’t get to supply PPE, their potentially crucial testimony would not be precluded by the effective ban..

We're told that the Inquiry won't hear from PPE suppliers because it isn't deemed necessary. Yet it IS receiving evidence from PPE Medpro, albeit in private. That doesn't indicate a cover-up to me, but it's certainly puzzling.
