Am I the only one that thinks Justice Roberts' rebuke was a coded message to the trumpenfuhrer team to, 'follow the proper procedure so we can give your crimes legitimacy'? In other words, let it get to SCOTUS & they will give a 6-3 decision. I hope I'm wrong, but, nothing surprises me anymore.
