My retail job has FM radio in background, and the worst ads were the ones where she was speaking negatively; felt as if we were being lectured. Didn't hear much of what was accomplished by the admin to date, not sure why this was ignored. Heard a lot of future ideas, but they fell flat. Fail.

I think there are many things that need to change, like educating people. Americans have been dumbed down for more than one generation and it is going to take time to reverse that.
