Also, I think something may be wrong with the way the polling question was posed. If 10% of Dems think it'd be okay for tRUmp to bypass Constitutional constraints, then the questioner isn't presenting the question fairly.

Well, since if we allow him to take office, we are kinda suspending it for him.

BOY, I WISH the 14th Amendment clarified and said that an "insurrection" is any action where a person attempts to attack a coequal branch of government and a trial by jury for the action is not needed.
