I'm a former constituent of Rep Schakowsky who always liked & voted for her, but she'll have served 28 years and into her 80's in a landscape where advanced age has become an increased concern across parties. Maybe Kat isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I'd argue it's time for a new class of fighters.
