Fundamentalist Christianity is the psychology of an abused toddler, fearing the unpredictable and omnipresent dad towering above. Sometimes he's loving, sometimes he's jealous and mean, sometimes he kills your siblings. To love him is to fear him, for he can cast you into eternal punishment.
