I was thinking about it, and I find it strange that they banned the app anyway. Even if the CEO believed they could potentially still face penalties from Biden, and Biden did enforce those penalties… Couldn't Trump just reverse it so they wouldn't have to actually pay them?

I, respectfully disagree. They had many outs. Multiple offers and Biden flat out saying he wasn’t going to do anything. But they did it anyway. They wanted Trump to save it. I honestly think the Supreme Court even ruled against it so Trump could “save” it and blame it on Democrats.
