I had a severe aversion to blueberries for the first half of my life and my mom is sure it’s because she ate so much blueberry yogurt while pregnant with me that it made her barf 😆
People think only brains have memories but there are nerve cells throughout the entire body!
The gut/brain connection is well documented, as is the phenomenon of heart transplant recipients acquiring new interests aligned with things that were important to the heart donor.
It’s not fully *explained*, but it’s so common that someone who’s had a heart transplant suddenly gets into a new musical genre, or acquires a new favorite food, etc etc.
Some persistent aspect of love really does seem to be stored in the heart.
yasss my daughter is substantially strawberries and cheerios!! Followed by a layer of Twix bars and chocolate croissants (she was nicer to me in the 3rd trimester)

Odd to think of my hands remembering things, my kidneys remembering things, but apparently there is science and they remember A LOT MORE than we think
