Saving this thread for my social media class

we focus on social media for non-profits and assume zero ad budget, but I think it might be good to add a more quantitative aspect to the class

what ACTUALLY gets people to an event? how can we test that quantitatively?

can we still do it on $0?

today i want to think out loud more about advertising. In the thread quoted above I talk a little more about organic posting and how Meta just does not show all of your stuff to all of your followers--not even remotely.

But even if you PAY them it's not entirely clear what's happening sometimes.
