It’s weird how you describe people who were fired from their job and have to find different jobs as “transformed jobs”.

Transformed means I used to do Xa but now I do Xb. Like analysts who are using AI to write BI queries. If a translator gets fired and starts working in publishing that's job loss. Not transformation. AI is obviously a net negative of jobs, that's literally whole the point. Don't be obtuse.

I think job transformation would be something more like “my task list is different, using different tools, to accomplish the same goals” whereas “I am no longer employed because the tools make me completely obsolete” is job loss
