Ahh okay. In DH/text mining/comp soc sci contexts, "corpus" often just means the collection of documents you're analyzing. I can't think of a term for specifically studying the usage of a concept/term.
Yes, something where one would study a fairly large corpus to gain knowledge about ways in which a certain concept is used – this would be a fairly typical approach in conceptual history.
