I have been to America many times and I think it is the most beautifully diverse country on earth. Not so much the cities because they are so young, but the natural landscape is stunning. I enjoy to visit. 😘

Yes, the USA is extensive and diverse. We lack the history and culture of Europe to provide us with old castles and such, but we have wonderful geography.

The "grass" is always greener on the other side of the pond (ocean), but I'm re-orienting my mindset to appreciate the USA.

It’s funny. Europeans who have been to US almost universally praise the natural beauty. Many Americans don’t seem to view their country the same way, and say Europe is better because of old buildings. I understand liking architecture, but Europe does not compare to US for natural diversity.

It is Saint Vitus Cathedral. It is actually named for three saints but no one here uses the long name. We just call it svatého Víta. 😁

My bad. I thought Latin Vitae/Vida, life. I can understand bits of Italian, and, more especially Spanish, even though I've never learnt them. Of course, obviously English, with its Latin and Greek roots is my first language, but I also learnt French in school.

I see how you would think this. Spanish, Italian, and even French are Latin languages. Czech however is Slavic, so similarities are often not as similar as they seem. Most Slavic languages are closer to each other than Latin ones are too. I can understand almost all Slavic languages.

There are many places where people are offended by nudity, even more than in America, but yes I agree. Much of Europe has a better attitude about it. We don’t link nudity to sex like others do.
