I used to sing Linger to my son (not nearly as well) and he'd repeat the chorus in a tiny voice like "u haff to...u haff to...linger."

My anxiety's been louder than my depression, but good luck with the control part for yours.

I do remember a free Cranberries show in DC (I didn't go), when I lived down there, that got shut down early because people started a mosh pit.
